Google sign-in
When you choose Google sign-in, Google confirms your email address and a unique Google account identifier. We use these to find and connect your existing Moments card after you verify its PIN. We do not request your Gmail messages, contacts or Google Drive files.
Your Google password is handled by Google. Your Moments card PIN is checked by Moments Lounge and is never sent to Google. PINs and Moments passwords are stored as hashes. The Google account connection is stored until you disconnect it in Card settings, or the lounge updates your membership email.
Sessions and payments
Essential cookies keep your session active for up to eight hours. Temporary Google sign-in requests expire within minutes. Signing in does not make a payment. Order and reservation payments require their own checkout confirmation. A counter QR payment also requires your card PIN.
Your choices
Google sign-in is optional. You can continue using your Moments email and password, disconnect Google in Card settings, or contact the lounge about your account and personal information.
